Comprehensive guide to industrial maintenance products

Brammer : 18 September, 2013  (Company News)
Those looking for gearboxes, seals, fluid power or electrical power transmission products will find items of interest in the 2013/2014 Essential Maintenance Catalogue from Brammer.
Comprehensive guide to industrial maintenance products

With around 2200 pages highlighting in excess of 59,000 products, the catalogue showcases a wide range of high-quality maintenance and engineering components available to the UK market.

Brammer’s product portfolio includes bearings and seals, mechanical and electrical power transmission, fluid power, health and safety, tools and general maintenance products. The bearings listings have been expanded by featured ranges from SKF, Timken, NSK and Koyo. Energy consumption and carbon footprint can be improved by a line-up of energy-efficient motors and drive belts and variable speed drives. The pneumatics section is endorsed by leading suppliers Festo, Norgren and SMC.

Other new additions include around 6500 new tools and general maintenance products, with Roebuck branded testing equipment and hand tools including pliers and screwdrivers.

As well as products, helpful advice is featured, including a preventative maintenance guide for mechanical power train products, giving common reasons for belt failure and providing best practice advice on extending service life.

Ian Ritchie, managing director of Brammer UK, commented: “Through our Essential Maintenance Catalogue, Brammer can provide access to more than 3.5 million products and while the catalogue cannot detail every single one of these, it demonstrates the range of our capabilities to UK manufacturing companies, as well as our extensive service offering.”
