Multi-Contact AG was founded in Basel in 1962 by the Swiss electrical engineer Rudolf Neidecker (1911-1994). His invention, the Multilam Technology, is the foundation of the company. Multi-Contact is a leading manufacturer of electrical connectors and contact systems. A particular strength lies in developing customised contacts based on Multilam technology.
