The following results taken from the visitor survey:

75% of visitors have a role in the purchasing decisions of their company

62% of visitors work in Design & Development, Executive Management or Production

97 % of the exhibitors would recommend the event to their colleagues and clients
Thanks to the extensive range of exhibits, 92% of the 60,027 visitors stated that they had identified tailored solutions and products for their company, including many new ones. In fact, 78% of exhibitors used the exhibition to launch their new products to the trade audience.
The event provided a high level of visitor satisfaction and saw visitor expectations being met, as confirmed in the following findings: 98% of visitors would recommend the event to their colleagues and clients and 91% are planning to attend SPS IPC Drives 2014. 92% of visitors rate the trade exhibition as good or good overall.
23% (13,779) of the visitors to the German show came from abroad. The top five countries of origin among visitors were Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands. In total the visitors came from 76 countries.
With 485 companies coming from outside Germany, the proportion of international companies amounted to 29.9%. In total 42 exhibiting nations were represented.
Conference
In 48 presentations and two keynote speeches 316 delegates discussed the latest trends, advances and solutions in electric automation. The conference thus confirmed its role as the stage for an exchange of knowledge between experts and users.
